Soup & CASSEROLE FAQ's
How long can I keep my take-n-bake casserole in the freezer?
We recommend that you bake and enjoy your casserole within 3 months of the Best/Freeze by date on the package.
What's the best way to reheat my soup?
Reheat gently on the stovetop over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. If reheating in the microwave, heat in short intervals, stirring between each, until warmed through.
What size casserole should I get?
Our small size serves approximately 1–3 people, and medium serves 3–5. Portions may vary based on appetite.
How do I thaw my casserole?
Place your casserole in the fridge to thaw for about 24 hours prior to baking.
How do I know if my casserole is done?
Your casserole is done when the sides are bubbly and the internal temperature has reached 160 degrees.
Can I eat my casserole immediately after it has been baked?
That is up to you, but we recommend that you allow your casserole to set for about 7-10 minutes before eating.
Can I cook my casserole if it's still frozen?
Allowing your casserole to thaw is highly recommended for best results, but you can bake from frozen. Remove the plastic cover and loosely cover with foil and double the bake time. Bake until heated through.
What are your soup size options?
We offer our soups in pints and quarts. A pint typically has 1–2 servings and a quart has about 2-4 servings. Actual portion sizes may vary.
Can I freeze my soup or casserole?
Yes, you can freeze your soup or casserole for up to 3 months from the Best/Freeze by date on the package.
